In these terms, “we”, “us” and “our” mean Uroots Meditech Private Limited. By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy.

Our products

We try to give accurate pictures, specifications and descriptions for all our products. Even so, mistakes can happen. If you notice information that is incorrect, please tell us.

Rudraksha beads, gemstones, malas and other natural and handmade products are not identical. The product you receive can differ a little from the picture in size, shape, colour, capping, thread or chain. If you find the difference unacceptable, you can return the product as described in our Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy.

The spiritual and astrological benefits described for our products come from traditional beliefs. They are not medical advice, and results are not guaranteed.

Prices and payment

  • All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR). The total shown at checkout is the amount you pay. Delivery within India is free.
  • You can pay online through Razorpay (UPI, cards, net banking, wallets) or choose Cash on Delivery.
  • Prices and offers can change without notice. The price that applies is the one shown when you place your order.

Orders

  • A Cash on Delivery order is confirmed when you place it. An online order is confirmed when your payment succeeds. You receive a confirmation email in both cases.
  • We may cancel an order if a product is out of stock, if a price was shown wrongly, or if we suspect fraud. If you have already paid, we refund the full amount to your original payment method.
  • Discount codes are subject to their own conditions, one code can be used per order, and they cannot be exchanged for cash.

Your account

Keep your password secret. You are responsible for orders and activity under your account. Tell us at once if you think someone else is using it.

We make every effort to keep the website available and working smoothly, but we are not responsible if it is temporarily unavailable for technical reasons. These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute is subject to the courts at Haridwar, Uttarakhand.
