By using the website you agree to this policy.

Information we collect

  • Account details: your name, email address and phone number when you place an order or create an account (your first order creates an account for you), and your password if you set one. Your password is stored only in encrypted (hashed) form; we cannot read it.
  • Order details: your delivery address, the products you order, discount codes you use and any order notes.
  • Payment details: online payments are made on Razorpay’s secure page. Your card, UPI or bank details go to Razorpay, not to us. We only receive the payment ID and whether the payment succeeded.
  • Messages: what you tell us when you call us or write to us on WhatsApp.
  • Usage information: your device’s IP address, browser type and the pages you visit, collected automatically when you use the website.

How we use your information

  • To process, pack and deliver your orders and to handle returns and refunds.
  • To send you emails about your order: confirmation, shipping (with tracking details) and cancellation.
  • To answer your questions and give you customer support.
  • To keep the website and your account secure and to prevent fraud.
  • To understand how the website is used, improve it, and measure and improve our advertising.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only as needed to run our business:

  • Authorities, when the law requires us to.

Cookies

We use a cookie to keep you signed in and a cookie to remember your cart. The Meta Pixel also uses cookies to measure our ads. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, but you then cannot sign in or keep items in your cart.

We keep your account details while your account is open. We keep order records for as long as tax and accounting laws require.
