Where we deliver

Orders placed on this website are delivered across India. Delivery is free on all orders. For international orders, please contact us on WhatsApp on +91 95209 54262.

How long it takes

  • Orders are shipped within 2–3 business days of being placed.
  • Delivery within India usually takes 7–10 days.
  • International delivery can take up to 14 days.
  • Delivery can take longer to remote areas and during festivals, bad weather or courier delays.

Tracking your order

When your order is shipped, we email you the courier’s name, the tracking number (AWB) and a tracking link. You can also follow your order in My account or on the Track your order page.

Cash on Delivery

Cash on Delivery is available. Please keep the exact amount ready, or pay by UPI when the order arrives.

Delivery address

Please check your delivery address, pin code and phone number before you place the order. The courier may call you to deliver the parcel. If a parcel comes back to us because the address was wrong or nobody accepted it, contact us to arrange delivery again.

Damaged or missing items

If your parcel arrives damaged or something is missing, contact us within 7 days of delivery, with photos if possible. See our Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy.
